About Reebs Bay Press

Reebs Bay Press publishes practical books that help people become better leaders, stronger communicators, and more effective servants. We believe the best ideas are the ones readers can apply immediately—not someday, but today. Every book is built on a simple conviction:

Leadership is helping other people succeed.

Why Reebs Bay?

Every publishing company has a story. This is ours.

It begins long before I ever wrote a book.

Along the northern shore of Lake Erie, in Ontario, is a small bay that still bears my family's name—Reebs Bay. My ancestors settled there generations ago, and today the name remains on maps as a quiet reminder that ordinary people can leave a lasting mark.

That idea has always resonated with me.

Every generation has the opportunity to leave something that outlives them.

Most of us won't have buildings named after us or statues erected in our honor. But every one of us leaves something behind. We leave families. We leave organizations better—or worse—than we found them. We leave ideas, values, and examples that continue to influence others long after we're gone.

That's the vision behind Reebs Bay Press.

I hope the books published under this name become part of that legacy—not because they're mine, but because they help others become better leaders, stronger communicators, wiser decision-makers, and more faithful stewards of the opportunities they've been given.

If these books help someone make things better—in their family, their workplace, their church, or their community—then they have fulfilled their purpose.

Like the generations before us, I hope to leave something that helps the generations that follow us.

That's a legacy worth leaving.
